Job Title: Administrative Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, organised and reliable person to join our small collaborative team of creatives. You will provide key administrative support to company operations. You will have at least 1 year experience in a similar role, be highly organised and have strong multi-tasking skills. You will be someone who enjoys acting on their own initiative as well as working closely in a team. You must be a professional, confident, and clear communicator.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support with general day-to-day company operations

  • Supporting managers and the wider team with general administrative tasks

  • Answering office telephone and responding to emails

  • Assist with digital filing, paperwork and updating company records

  • Basic finance administration, including credit card reconciliation and coding supplier invoices to the correct projects

  • Assist with HR administration

  • Organising couriers

  • Ordering office supplies and helping to maintain a tidy and organised office environment

  • Project procurement support

  • Taking meeting minutes

  • Handling confidential information professionally

Job requirements

  • 1 year + experience in a similar role

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

  • Strong multi-tasking skills

  • Good basic maths and numerical skills, with confidence handling routine financial administration

  • Proactive and able to prioritise workload and work independently as well as part of a team

Job terms

  • Temporary 3-4 month contract based in our North London Workshop, N4 1LZ

  • London Living Wage (£14.80 p/h)

  • Working hours 9-5.30pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch break
